EG4 12000XPThe EG4 12000XP is a 12kW AC, split-phase, all-in-one off-grid inverter with grid charge capability, designed for residential and small commercial use. It supports 24kW of solar PV through two 35 Amp MPPTs, model #: IV-12000-XP-IN-1 generating up to 12kW of power @120/240 VAC and model #: IV-15000-XP-IN-1 generating up to 15kW of power @120/240 VAC while allowing 24kW (100 Amps) from the grid input or 90 Amps from a generator. With a 100 Amp bypass for seamless power transitions, the 12000XP ensures reliable operation off-grid or during outages.
Equipped with a generator port, the 12000XP features 2-wire start/stop auto-start and a programmable Smart Port for smart load control or AC coupling. Model #: IV-12000-XP-IN-1 can be paralleled with up to 16 units for 192 kWs. Model #: IV-15000-XP-IN-1 can be paralleled with up to 16 units for 240 kWs. It’s a cost-effective solution for those not requiring grid sellback and with EG4 batteries, provides true whole-home backup.
